  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
