Ingredients
- 1/2 cup matzo meal
- 2 large eggs, beaten

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the matzo meal, eggs, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and water. Mix until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
- Carefully drop the matzo balls into the boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the matzo balls from the water and serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley, if desired.
