- 2 beef tenderloin steaks, 1 inch thick

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the coffee, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
- Rub the mixture onto both sides of the steaks, coating them evenly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and butter.
