Ingredients
2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into cubes
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together cocoa powder, cherries, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Season pork cubes with salt and pepper, and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour cocoa mixture over pork cubes, and stir to coat.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
