  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, diced onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, flour, ketchup, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary, and parsley.
  6. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the mushrooms. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the patties back to the skillet and spoon the gravy over them. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and the gravy has thickened.
