Ingredients
- 4 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 cups of lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Lay out four slices of bread and spread chicken salad onto each slice.
- Top each slice of bread with lettuce, tomatoes, and remaining four slices of bread.
