Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat.
Add the macaroni and cook until just tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes, parsley, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring, until the tomatoes are softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the bacon and lettuce and cook, stirring, until the lettuce is wilted, about 2 minutes.
Add the macaroni and stir to combine.
Serve warm.
