Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and dry the kale leaves. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place the kale pieces in a large bowl and add the olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all of the kale is evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the kale pieces in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the kale is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
