Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions
- In a blender, combine the carrot and orange juices until smooth.
- Pour the juice into two glasses and top each with 1 scoop of ice cream.
- Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the top of the ice cream.
