Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut into halves
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add cream, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Transfer Brussels sprouts to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour cream mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle with Gruyere and Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
