Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, cheese, bacon, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and brown sugar. Spread the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
