In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, cheese, bacon, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and brown sugar. Spread the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
