Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups kale, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
