Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 ounces lump crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, parsley, garlic, and pepper. Fold in the crabmeat.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish. Top with the mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
