Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine beer, maple syrup, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  4. Grill pork tenderloin for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the marinade, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Remove pork from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining beer-syrup glaze.
