This beef and broccoli noodle bowl is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines tender strips of beef, crisp broccoli florets, and chewy noodles in a flavorful sauce. It's a perfect weeknight meal that the whole family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish
Directions
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and beef broth. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked rice noodles. Pour the sauce over the beef, noodles, and broccoli. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
