Ingredients
4 pieces of bacon
1 apple, sliced
4 slices of brie cheese
4 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
Directions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Add bacon to the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes or until it is cooked to your liking.
Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
Brush one side of each slice of bread with butter.
Lay two slices of bread butter-side down on a work surface.
Layer each slice of bread with bacon, apple slices, and brie cheese.
Top with remaining slices of bread, butter side up.
Heat a panini press or a large skillet over medium-low heat.
Place sandwiches in the press or skillet and cook for about 4 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Carefully remove sandwiches from press or skillet and enjoy!
