Ingredients

  • 2 lbs flank or skirt steak
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place steak in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it. Make sure the steak is completely coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat. Remove steak from marinade and discard excess marinade.
