In a medium bowl, mix together the ground pork, green onion, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper until combined.
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wrapper.
Wet the edges of the wonton wrappers with a little water and fold the wrappers in half to form a triangle. Pinch the edges together to seal in the pork mixture.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom. Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes. Flip the dumplings and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
