Directions

Add the garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the flour and stir to coat. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the butter and mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the wine and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the bacon, peas, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the panko bread crumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
