Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon the turkey mixture into the lettuce leaves and serve.
