Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup of diced onion
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons of adobo seasoning
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, onion, cilantro, garlic, and jalapeno to a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the adobo seasoning, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Add the seasoning mix to the bowl with the other ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
