Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions
