Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 3/4 cup coconut flakes

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, coconut oil, almond butter, and agave syrup, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut flakes.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes.
  5. Cut into 12 small brownies and enjoy!
