Ingredients
1 lb. of tortellini
2 cups of all-purpose baking mix
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 egg, beaten
Vegetable oil, for frying
1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the tortellini and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
