Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 1 cup of beer (such as lager or ale)
- 1 pound of Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
