- For the Peanut Sauce:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, coriander, cayenne pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
