Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 soft tortillas

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the lettuce, bell pepper, carrots, and chicken. Drizzle the teriyaki sauce mixture over the top and toss to combine.
  3. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Place a scoop of the teriyaki chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Serve the wraps with extra teriyaki sauce, if desired.
