Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup for topping
