This Halloween Zombie Meatloaf is a gory twist on a classic comfort food. Made with ground beef, oats, and seasonings, shaped into a creepy zombie hand and topped with ketchup 'blood'. Serve this spooky dish with mashed potatoes brains and green peas 'eyeballs' for a complete Halloween dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
