- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas

Directions
