  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the mangoes until smooth.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and lime juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved.
