Ingredients

  • 1 (8-10 pounds) bone-in, fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove any packaging from the ham and place it in a large roasting pan, fat side up.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, thyme, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Brush the glaze mixture generously all over the ham, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  5. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake the ham for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the foil and brush the ham with more glaze. Return it to the oven, uncovered, and continue baking for an additional hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
