Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup of the marinara sauce onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Arrange the cooked spaghetti over the sauce in the baking dish.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture over the spaghetti.
  6. Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
