  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and mix using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, while mixing the dough with your hands until it comes together.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape each into a disc. Wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  8. Use cookie cutters of your choice to cut out shapes from the dough. Place the cut-out crackers on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
  10. Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
