Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and mix using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Gradually add the cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, while mixing the dough with your hands until it comes together.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape each into a disc. Wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
