Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tsp paprika

Directions
- Set the Instant Pot to 'Saute' mode and brown the ground beef.
