Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
