Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8-10 napa cabbage leaves, separated and cleaned

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the chicken slices to the bowl, making sure they are fully coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken slices to the skillet and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
