Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.
  4. Remove the sausage patties from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove any excess oil.
