Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread

  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup of diced green chilies
    • Directions

      1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
      2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl until they are light and fluffy.
      3. Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble until they are cooked through.
      4. Toast the slices of bread.
      5. Place the cooked eggs on one slice of toast.
