Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
