Ingredients
3/4 pound bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 pound cooked pasta (any shape)
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp, about 8 minutes.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent.
Add the white wine and reduce for 3 minutes.
Add the heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and feta cheese and stir to combine.
Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
Serve with additional feta cheese, if desired.
