Ingredients
2 lbs. lamb, cubed
1 white onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Directions
In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the lamb cubes and brown all over, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the okra and simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with steamed rice or crusty bread.
