Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Garlic Aioli (see recipe below)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the salmon fillet until finely chopped.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
