Ingredients

  • 1 pound roast reindeer meat
  • 8 slices of your favorite bread
  • 4 lettuce leaves

  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the roast reindeer meat with salt and black pepper. Place it in a roasting pan and cook for about 15 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  3. Once cooked, remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  5. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each toasted bread slice.
