Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, lime juice, and honey. This will be the marinade for our lobster.
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of the lobster tails. Gently pull out the meat from the shells, keeping it attached at the base. Place the lobster tails in a shallow dish and brush them generously with the marinade. Set aside for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
