  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss the beef stew meat with Cajun seasoning, ensuring all pieces are coated.
