Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated. Set aside.
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
