Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated. Set aside.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
