Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb (450g) penne pasta
  • 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
