Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews), chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots), chopped
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and salt.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, heat the honey, almond butter, and coconut oil for about 30 seconds until melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
