Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut it into cubes and toss them with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and fry them until golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook them for a few minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
