Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp honey

- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
